Fight Back

If you are an adult victim -- or are helping an adult victim -- of childhood sexual abuse:

  1. Find someone trusted to talk to. The first step is talking. RAINN,  the country’s leading provider of sexual assault services operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline, accessible 24/7 by phone (800.656.HOPE) and at online.rainn.org.

  2. Understand your legal options. Your options very likely -- and unfortunately -- depend on what state the abuse took place in. Research and contact a trusted lawyer to discuss options.

  3. Tell your story. It can be incredibly cathartic and empowering to face down your abuser and the institution that enabled them. If you think we can help shine a light on the injustice you have faced, contact us confidentially at info@closingoutcsa.org

Our mission is to help adult victims of childhood sexual abuse that was enabled by institutions find justice.
